About Scale Sizes
| This is the best way to explain scale sizes. Scale size is just a simple reduction in size and are basically fractions of the actual size of a tractor trailer or truck. A truck that is a 1:24 scale means that it is 1/24th the size of the actual truck in "e;real life"e;. Therefore, a smaller numbered fraction like 1:2 scale would be half the trucks actual size. This means that the larger the number is in the fraction, the smaller the truck will be. A 1:4 scale truck would be 1/4 the size of an actual truck and so on. |
Scale size reductions: For example, take a tractor trailer that is 70 feet long in "e;real life"e;. The size of the model would vary in length depending on the scale size that you choose. Here is a rough estimate of how long a tractor trailer would be with the scale sizes we offer. |
Scale: 1:32 semi truck 1:43 semi truck 1:53 semi truck 1:64 semi truck
